Referendum regarding civil reconciliation law in Algeria on September 16

Official sources in the Algerian capital said yesterday that the referendum regarding the civil reconciliation law will take place on September 16.
Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika signed a decree, according to which he urged voters to agree on the law that was previously ratified by the parliament on July 13.
This law calls for pardoning the armed people who did not commit certain crimes and reducing the judgments issued against those who surrender themselves to the authorities within six months after ratifying the law.
