Barak heads to Moscow

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak is due visit Moscow on August 2 for a one-day working visit to discuss the cooperation between Russia and Israel.
Israeli sources said that Barak and Russian President Boris Yeltsin are to discuss the role of Russia in the Middle East peace process, which will start after Barak's return from Russia.
The sources added that Barak will ask for Russian neutrality instead of inclining to Arab negotiators.
Sources said that Barak will discuss buying military weapons from Russia to face the technological and military development in the Gulf region.
