Opening of Moroccan-Algerian borders depends on technical arrangements only

Morocco said on Thursday that the opening of its closed borders with Algeria depends only on some technical arrangements.
Relations between Morocco and Algeria are currently going through a "positive climate" and the warming process is following "its normal course," spokesman for the Moroccan government, Khalid Alioua, said on Thursday.
Alioua made the statement following the weekly meeting of the government council, held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Abderrahmane Youssoufi.
