Jordan for boosting relations with Iran

Jordanian Prime Minister Abdul Raouf al-Rawabedah on Monday in Amman underlined the importance of developing Jordanian-Iranian relations, especially in the cultural fields.
This was expressed on Tuesday during the Jordanian's premier's meeting with Iranian Minister of Culture and Religious Guidance Atta Allah Muhajirani.
The Jordanian Premier added that deepening cultural awareness between the Arab and Islamic states will make distances smaller among these states. He called for developing and deepening relations for withstand challenges.
For his part, the Iranian minister stressed that there is a political will in the Iranian leadership to strengthen relations between Iran and Jordan.
Earlier in the day, acting Jordanian Information and Culture Minister Abdullah al-Khatib on Monday in Amman discussed with the Iranian minister various issues of concern to the two countries and means of developing and strengthening bilateral relations in different fields.
The two sides expressed their hope to continue progress in bilateral relations on the ground of mutual respect, common interests and non-intervention in the internal affairs of each country.
