AL chief sends invitation messages to Arab FM s

Arab League Secretary General Esmat Abdul Meguid on Sunday sent messages to all Arab foreign ministers, inviting them to attend the 112th session of the AL council due to be held on September 4 and 5 in Cairo, as well as the topics listed on the meeting's agenda.
The official spokesman for the AL, Talaat Hamid, said in a statement he made in Cairo on Sunday that the original meeting's agenda includes 36 items dealing with various issues of concern to common Arab matters in the political, economic, social and financial areas.
Hamid added that the meeting's extra work agenda will be circulated later including urgent topics the AL seeks to include on the AL council's agenda.
