Funerals of late King Hassan II Sunday in Rabat

The funerals of the late King Hassan II will take place on Sunday in Rabat after the Al-Asr prayers, a release by the Ministry of the Royal Household, protocol and Chancellery said.
The late King passed away on Friday at 4.30 p.m. after a heart attack that resisted all treatment.
Several world leaders are expected in Rabat to pay their respect to the late King, one of the greatest leaders who marked the 20th century.
The late king will be buried at the Mohammed V Mausoleum beside his father, King Mohammed V, and his younger brother, Moulay Abdellah.
Meanwhile, Morocco decreed forty days of mourning following the death of the Late King Hassan II, who passed away on Friday afternoon of a heart attack. The Ministry of the Royal Household and Chancellery said in a release that during the 40-day mourning, Morocco's national flag will fly at half-mast in public administrations and public and semi-public enterprises as well as in Morocco's embassies and consulates abroad.
