Establishing 23 new projects in Syria

The high council for investment for construction in Syria agreed to establish 23 new projects for Arab and Syrian investors, including the Kuwaiti United Company for Investment, at a value of 3 billion lira ($46 million), including projects that obtained licenses for activities in the fields of transportation, technical production, vegetable oil, producing and manufacturing food and cotton clothes.
These new companies will be working according law no 10 for 1991 concerning encouraging private investments in Syria.
