150,000 tonnes of wheat for Algeria

Algeria bought 150,000 tonnes of wheat from Germany and the USA. Algerian sources said the wheat would be delivered in August and September. The sources added that the price of the wheat would vary between 117 and 118 dollars per ton, adding that the purchase came according to an international bid raised by Algeria on July 1, where French wheat was excluded which surprised French companies.
