Morocco hosts international young scout meeting

Around 400 young scouts from several Arab and foreign countries are taking part in an international solidarity youth rally which opened Wednesday in Moroccan city of Sale (near Rabat).
The week-long rally -- organized by the Moroccan departments of Youth, Sports and Heath and in the Moroccan scouts organization in collaboration with the UNICEF-- seeks to foster solidarity, friendship and dialogue between world youngsters through the holding of several artistic, cultural, sports and musical events.
The organizers are featuring workshops on popular arts, adventure, discovery, handicraft, cultural legacy and environment protection.
Scouts from France, Spain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia are all present in the youth international event beside their Moroccan peers.
