Yemen renews backing to Morocco's territorial integrity

The speaker of the Yemeni Parliament, Abdelaziz Abdelghani, renewed Wednesday his country's full backing for Morocco's territorial integrity.
At a meeting with the speaker of the Moroccan Chamber of Advisors (upper house of the parliament), Jalal Essaid, the Yemeni official said Sanaa, which endeavors for the consolidation of Arab unity, is convinced that Morocco will remain unified thanks to the sound and unwavering resolve of its people.
Abdelaziz Abdelghani, who arrived Wednesday in Morocco accompanying Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh, praised Morocco's efficient participation in the forum of emerging democracies held last June in Sanaa.
For his part, the speaker of the Moroccan Chamber of Advisors said the visit Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Salah is paying to Morocco shows Sanaa's determination to foster relations with Morocco, hailing the moves and actions made by Yemen for the consolidation of Arab solidarity and unity.
On his talks with Yemeni peer, Jalal Essaid said they focused on ways of boosting cooperation between the two states' legislative bodies and coordinating actions in international fora regarding topical issues of common concern.
