Sudan, Kuwait to complete restoration of diplomatic relations

Sudanese Foreign Minister Mustafa Othman Ismael will arrive in Kuwait on Monday for a visit, during which he will complete the resumption of diplomatic relations between the two states.
Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad said his Sudanese counterpart "will hoist the flag over the premises of the Sudanese embassy" and that relations between the two countries will return to what they had been in the past.
The Kuwaiti minister said, "Relations with Sudan have not ever ceased a day, and that there is a Sudanese embassy and a charge de affairs in Kuwait."
