Morocco in Group 1 of African Basketball Championships

Morocco is drawn in group 1 of the 20th African Basketball championships to be held July 29 through August 6 in Angola.
Besides Morocco, Group 1 musters Senegal, winner of the 19th edition, Mali, Algeria, Egypt and the winner of a play off between Cap Verde and Togo.
Group 2 gathers organizer Angola, Tunisia, Cote D'Ivoire, Nigeria and winners of play off matches between Lesotho-South Africa and Rwanda-Mozambique.
