Yugoslavia's ambassador in Baghdad has asserted that his country's relations with Iraq are very good and developed and are at the present in their golden age.

In a press statement he made in Baghdad on Monday, the Yugoslav ambassador said his country and Iraq have vast relations in the political field, noting the excellent bilateral relations and great cooperation in the economic field.

The Yugoslav ambassador also expressed his hope to develop these relations between the two countries, saying that both Iraq and Yugoslavia have been exposed to an oppressive war by the US.
