France expressed satisfaction with Libya's compensation for plane victims

France has expressed its satisfaction over Libya's transfers to the families of victims of the French UTA plane which was downed in 1989, resulting in the death of 170 persons, according the rules of the French special criminal court on March 31.
A statement released by the French Foreign Ministry on Friday said the French authorities express their satisfaction over the transfer of funds by Libya to the families of the victims.
