Egyptian fair opening in Eritrea today

Egyptian Minister of Trade and Supply Ahmed Goweili and Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki are opening today the first fair for Egyptian products in the Eritrean capital, Asmara. The fair is to last until July 23, and 35 Egyptian companies, a large number of heads of holding companies, representatives of businessmen -- including Mohmud El-Arabi, head of the commercial chamber union -- will participate.
The fair aims at intensifying the Egyptian presence in the African markets.
