Egypt's Mufti calls for convening a comprehensive Arab summit

Egyptian Mufti Nasr Farid Wessel supported the convening of a comprehensive Arab summit, but he told ArabicNews.com that all must agree on the Arab summit as well on the lines and points it will discuss and that it should not be "a mere conference into which we enter, then we get out separated more than we already are."
He added that the success of the conference would have a great impact on application and implementation of current resolutions, while disagreements at the conference would negatively impact their application.
He stated that the Arab peace with Israel must be a powerful peace with a hand to defend it and not a weak peace.
