Sudan to restore relations with Algeria

Sudanese Forein Minister Mustafa Othman Ismael attending the Organization of African Unity summit in Algiers said that Khartoum will resume full diplomatic relations with Algeria very soon, seven years after its level had been reduced.
Ismael, who is accompanying al-Bashir in the African summit, noted, "There is an agreement to restore the relations (with Algeria) to what they have been regarding diplomatic level."
He added, "We will shortly see an ambassador for Sudan in Algiers."
