Mubarak: Barak has the opportunity to revive Middle East peace

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak said that new Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak has an opportunity to get the Middle East peace process moving. In a pre-departure press statement in Algeria, where he attended the 35th summit of the Organization of African Unity, the Egyptian president indicated that the summit is being held in Algeria in order to prove to world public opinion the stability this Arab state is enjoying.
