Moussa: Mubarak to address impact of African conflicts on development at summit

Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa said yesterday that the Organization of African Unity summit, which started today in Algeria, will focus on security, African conflicts and African economic cooperation.
Moussa said that President Mubarak will deliver an address to the summit's participants that deals with the impact of African conflicts on economic development.
"The OAU Summit is to discuss also means of coordinating stances over attracting foreign investments, offering investment incentives and the heavy African burden of debts," Moussa stated.
He added that Egypt and Tunisia are to join, as observers, the Libyan group of African states that includes Libya, Mauritania, Chad, Niger, Eritrea and Sudan.
