Oman prepares for electricity and water privatization

The Omani government has appointed a consortium consisting of the Netherlands based ABN AMRO Bank, UK based international law firm Denton Hall and UK based technical consultants Mott MacDonald to assist in efforts to privatize the Omani water and electricity sectors, Oman News Agency reported.
