Lebanon rejects US warning over visiting Sidon

Lebanese Prime Minister Salim al-Hoss has strongly rejected a statement which was released by the US State Department warning the US citizens from visiting Sidon. In a statement he made in Beirut on Sunday, the Lebanese prime minister asserted that security and stability are completely prevailing over all Lebanese lands, noting that the situation in the Sidon region does not differ from other Lebanese areas. Al-Hoss called on the US State Department to reconsider its position, SANA reported.
