British donation to Jordan

Jordan and Britain on Sunday in Amman signed a memorandum of understanding according to which the British government offers the Jordanian government a donation estimated at 760,000 pounds sterling to finance a project in education relating to programs in "exam reform" and evaluation.
The total British aid for this project since 1995 has reached 2.06 million pounds sterling. On the Jordanian side the agreement was signed by the Jordanian deputy premier and planning minister and the British side was represented by the British ambassador in Amman.
