Kuwait-Regional, Politics, 7/7/1999
Faisel El-Khaled, Kuwait's ambassador in Cairo, said there are no Kuwaiti conditions for convening a comprehensive Arab summit, adding that the agenda of any Arab summit is drawn up by the Arab League according to what is agreed upon by its member states. After the meeting yesterday with Arab League Secretary General Esmat Abdul Meguid, he said Kuwait never objected to convening any Arab summit and that it welcomes any Arab agreement on convening the summit.
