Moroccan movie opens Tunisian Mediterranean film festival

Moroccan feature movie "Keid Ensa" (Women's malice" was screened on Friday at the opening of the second Mediterranean motion picture festival of Hammamet (70 km from Tunis).
The Egyptian movie "Ezzaim" was also screened at the first night of the encounter.
The jury selected 30 feature movies and two short movies produced between 1997 and 1999 to be screened at the festival, which does not carry any prizes or awards.
The festival also features a conference on motion pictures of the south (developing countries) and new audiovisual technologies.
Participants will also pay tribute to American director Stanley Kubrick, French director Eric Kohmer and Algerian director Mohamed Lakhdar Hamina.
