U.S donation for Algerian electric company

The US Trade and Development Agency agreed to present financial aid to the Algerian energy company Sonelgaz of $561,000 to develop two studies for the project of establishing energy station of 1,200 megawatts, which is one of three stations that are established in northern Algeria for natural gas.
It is expected that the step taken by the US Trade and Development Agency will lead to supporting US offers to implement the project later on.
The Electro bel de France Company recently completed preliminary studies for the same project.
