Morocco elected vice-president of world sciences conference

Morocco was elected vice-president of the world sciences conference, currently being held in Budapest, Hungary.
Morocco is represented in the conference by minister of higher education, cadres training and scientific research, Najib Zerouali.
Zerouali was elected to the post alongside the representatives of Gabon, Japan and Chile.
The Budapest conference, organized by UNESCO, is attended by representatives of 180 countries, including 120 represented by ministers.
The encounter, to wind up on July 1st, is debating issues related to the role of sciences in development, sciences and gender equality and sciences and democracy.
