Two armed group members sentenced to death in Algeria

The criminal court in the Algerian Tizi Ouzou province on Tuesday sentenced to death two members of the Armed Islamic Group over acts of deliberate killing, destruction and attempts to topple the government.
The court also sentenced a man to three years in prison for helping the Armed Islamic Group and a gave a sentence of 18 months in prison to a woman on the same charges.
