Israeli defense minister threatens to continue attacks against Lebanon

Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Arens has threatened to continue Israeli aggressions against Lebanon and its infrastructure and civilian targets. In statements he made on Friday to Israeli radio, the Israeli minister claimed that the April Understanding signed between Lebanon and Israel in 1996 following the "Grapes of Wrath " operation is not proper and is limiting the moves of the Israeli occupation army in south Lebanon.
