Syrian, Libyan parliamentary talks

Speaker of the Syrian People's Assembly (parliament) Abdul Qader Qaddoura met on Sunday in Damascus with the secretary of the people's general conference in Libya, al-Zanati Amin. Talks dealt with parliamentary relations between the Syrian PA and the Libyan People's General Conference and means of strengthening and developing them.
Talks also dealt with works of the 34th session of the Arab Parliamentary Union, due to be held in Damascus on June 27 and 28, which coincides with the 25th anniversary of the foundation of the Arab Parliamentary Union in Damascus as well as issues of mutual concern.
