Ruler of Qatar receives a message from Nigerien president

Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Thursday in Doha received a message from the chairman of the National Reconciliation Council in the Republic of Niger (the president), dealing with means of strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
The Gulf News Agency said the advisor for the chairman of the National Reconciliation Council in Niger, Amado Amro, delivered the message during this meeting with Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Abdullah Bin Khaleifa al-Thani.
