Polish business delegation in Morocco next week

A delegation of Polish businessmen is expected in Morocco next Monday for a week-long visit for talks on partnership prospects with Moroccan peers.
The delegation will mainly explore cooperation and partnership opportunities in the sectors of agribusiness, chemicals, coal, phosphates, agricultural machinery, textile, and drugs manufacturing. It will meet Moroccan economic operators and executives of the chambers of commerce, industry and services of Rabat, Mohammedia, and Marrakesh.
The visiting businessmen will equally attend the general assembly of the Polish chamber of commerce in Morocco slated for june 26.
Trade exchanges between Morocco and Poland remain rather low despite the slight increase recorded these past years. Morocco's exports to Poland increased by 16 % in 1998.
