Yemeni president sends written message to Mubarak

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak received a written message from Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh that was delivered by Yemeni Prime Minister Abdul Karim Iryani, who arrived in Cairo today.
The visit comes in the framework of consultations and joint coordination between the two leaders in the current stage.
Iryani's visit to Cairo is a three-day official visit, during which he will head the Yemeni side in the meetings of the joint high Yemeni - Egyptian committee, which started its work today in Cairo, while Egyptian Prime Minister Kamel El-Ganzouri headed the Egyptian side.
Discussion of means of pushing forward joint investment and working on moving from enhancing bilateral ties to participation will take place during the committee's meetings, as well as signing agreements in different fields.
Meanwhile, Iryani is meeting tomorrow with Arab League Secretary General Esmat Abdul Meguid to discuss the summit called for by the Yemeni president since last January.
