Jordan, Bahrain to strengthen commercial relations

Talks between King Abdullah Bin Hussein of Jordan and Bahraini Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa al-Khaleifa dealt with bilateral relations and means of fostering them in various financial, investment, economic, trade and defense areas, exchanging expertise between the armed forces in the two states.
They also called for resuming negotiations of the Middle East peace process on all tracks in order to achieve a just and comprehensive peace in the region.
King Abdullah and Sheikh Hamad expressed, during their talks held in the Jordanian city of Aqaba on Sunday, their backing for the Palestinian people in their attempt to attain their legitimate rights, especially their right to establish their own independent state.
