Al-Assad receives the credentials of new ambassadors

Syrian President Hafez al-Assad on Sunday at the Damascus al-Chaab palace received ten new ambassadors, who delivered him their credentials. The new ambassadors submitted their credentials in separate meetings. They are Australian Ambassador Janet Mary Gardner, Pakistani Ambassador Yahya Naqvi, Mauritanian Ambassador Ismael Ould Iyani, Belgian Ambassador Jacques Verrmeulen, the ambassador of Holland, the European Union Commission Ambassador Marc Peirini, ambassador of the republic of Armenia, ambassador of Cuba, ambassador of Indonesia and Saudi Arabian Ambassador Bakar Bin Abdulah Bakar.
