Exporting Egyptian carpets to Abidjan

The Egyptian company of Oriental weavers succeeded in endorsing a deal to export 16,000 square meters of carpet to Abidjan, the capital of the Ivory Coast (cote D'Ivoire).
A press statement released by the company said this deal is only considered a beginning, which is expected to be followed by another group of deals at a later stage, confirming that one of the reasons behind the success of this deal is dealing with one of largest carpet importers in western Africa.
Meanwhile, the statement said that export order will make one of the the Ivory Coast the largest Egyptian carpet market in Africa.
