Libya and Sierra Leone discuss African issues

Libyan leader Col. Moammar Gaddafi met on Monday night in Tripoli with Sierra Leone President Ahmad Tejan Kabbah to discuss means of settling border disputes between several African countries. Libyan television said that Gaddafi and Kabbah discussed the situation in Africa, especially the efforts exerted to restore peace to the African continent in general and in Sierra Leone in particular.
Libya debated its efforts to settle the conflict in Sera Leone which started in 1991 and has so far resulted in killing 20,000 persons and the expulsion of thousands of people.
