King Abdullah, Sultan Qaboos meet in Aqaba

King Abdullah of Jordan and Sultan Qaboos of Oman have confirmed the importance of resuming the Middle East peace process on all tracks from the point they broke off in accordance with the Madrid's terms of reference, on the grounds of which the peace process was launched.
The two leaders also asserted the importance of unifying all efforts to give the Middle East peace process a push forward and to resume talks on all tracks. They also reviewed current Arab issues and the importance of enhancing opportunities for maintaining solidarity, integration and cooperation among the Arab states.
