UAE, Bahrain ban foodstuff imports from Belgium

The United Arab Emirates and Bahrain have banned imports of foodstuffs from Belgium, especially poultry, meats and eggs of fears of containing chemicals causing cancer. The United Arab Emirates' news agency said the ban is also imposed on livestock fodder imported from Belgium.
a decision by the Bahraini Trade Ministry said the ban includes the importation of materials produced and process in Belgium after January, 15, this year.
