Libyan - British cooperation highlighted

The foreign affairs secretary at the Libyan's people's conference secretariat Abdul Rahman Shalqam on Monday in Tripoli met with Lord Prior, the chairman of the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce, who is also a parliament member, former Cabinet member and member of a delegation currently visiting Libya.

Lord Prior expressed the desire of members at the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce to develop cooperation with Libya in various fields.

Meanwhile, a meeting was held on Monday at the general secretariat of the producers general federation. It was attended by several members of the Libyan secretariat and members of the Sudanese workers' trade union delegation. Relations between the two sides and means of supporting them in the service of the common interests of the two countries were reviewed.
