A plan for developing Iraq's harbor

The Iraqi government is currently discussing devising a plan to develop its harbors, and there is a strong trend for giving the private sector contracts for developing and running these harbors.
Baghdad sent Iraqi technicians to Dubai to learn about system for running the harbor in Dubai and in the free zone in Jebal Ali. The administration of the harbor in Dubai trained an Iraqi crew to run and manage container stations.
