Tunisia, Morocco trade experience in administrative reform matters

Moroccan minister of the civil service and administrative reform, Aziz El-Hussein, is currently visiting Tunisia for talks with his Tunisian peer on means to upgrade bilateral cooperation.
The two sides are also trading experiences in matters of administrative reform.
The Moroccan official who started his three day working visit to Tunisia on Wednesday will be received by tunisian Hamed premier Karoui.
Morocco has devised a plan of action to reform the administration. The plan covers, inter alia, the reform of administrative structures, payment systems, recruitment and promotion conditions, retirement pension systems, mobility of civil servants and redeployment of staff.
The reform also targets the promotion of administrative devolution, the improvement of citizens' access to public services, the easing of administrative procedures and the rationalization of the management of local finance.
