Kuwaiti emir receives message from Kazakhstani counterpart

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Wednesday received a message from Kazakhstan's President Nizar Baeive. The message was delivered by Kazakhstan's ambassador to Kuwait while meeting with Sheikh Jaber on Wednesday.
