Lebanese president confers with US ambassador

Lebanese President Emile Lahoud on Wednesday also met with Satterfield. President Lahoud and the US ambassador reviewed the latest developments in south Lebanon and the region.
Earlier, the Lebanese president reviewed with Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri developments in south Lebanon and prospects for the coming phase. Talks also dealt with general conditions in Lebanon.
