Lebanese resistance carries out operations

Two Israeli soldiers were wounded as a result of an attack carried out by the Lebanese resistance in Addad and Ramia position, close to the Lebanese borders with Israel.

Lebanese security sources said Israeli occupation forces bombarded a number of areas close to the central sector of south Lebanon and the western Bekaa.

The Lebanese sources added that Israeli jet fighters carried out a number of air raids over the central sector areas and the western Bekaa. Lebanese army and resistance anti-aircraft guns fired on the raiding planes.

Meanwhile, a Lebanese resistance forces attacked on Tuesday afternoon an SLA militia position on the plain of Addous. In a statement, the resistance men said the Israeli-allied militia's position was directly hit.

The Lebanese resistance carried out several attacks against the Israeli occupation forces and their militia allies.

Another statement said the Lebanese resistance detonated an explosive charge against a militia convoy along the Kafer - Houneh - Jezzine road. Two armored vehicles and one tank were destroyed and a number of soldiers were killed and wounded, the statement added. It also said that another resistance group detonated a charge against the convoy's rear, destroying a vehicle. The militia men in other vehicles fled the convoy, it said.

The statement also said Lebanese resistance forces ambushed another convoy of the militia and two vehicles were destroyed. Lebanese resistance forces also detonated an explosive charge against a car belonging to a pro-Israeli militia member at the Barachit-Jezzine crossing, the statement said, adding that the man was killed instantly.

The statement continued saying that the resistance men attacked a SLA force at Kassaret Haddad along Kafer Houneh road and rocketed an artillery position in Ein Thaghra. The statement renewed warning against the militia men, advising them to desert the militia and come back home before it was too late.
