Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and King Abdullah of Jordan on Monday morning in Cairo resumed their bilateral talks at the headquarters of the Egyptian presidency. It discussed the memorandum submitted on the proposal to amend law no. 10 on encouraging investment for 1991.
