Bahrain, Belarus for Middle East peace

Bahrain's Foreign Minister Sheikh Muhammad Bin Mubarak al-Khaleifa met on Sunday in Manama with Belarus's Deputy Premier and foreign minister Ural Latypov, currently visiting Bahrain.

The Gulf News Agency said the two sides discussed the Middle East peace process, the situation in the Gulf region, regional and international issues as well as bilateral relations and means of boosting cooperation between Bahrain and Belarus, especially in economic fields.

Meanwhile, Bahraini Prime Minister Sheikh Khaleifa Bin Salman al-Khaleifa received a message on Sunday in Manama from Belarus' Prime Minister Sergey Ling. The Gulf News Agency said the message was handed over to Sheikh Khaleifa during his meeting with Latypov. The message extends an invitation to Sheikh Khaleifa to visit Belarus.
