New government to be formed in Bahrain

Bahraini Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa al-Khaleifa has enacted an executive decision providing for appointing Sheikh Khaleifa Bin Salman al-Khaleifa as prime minister and assigning him to form the new Cabinet.
The Gulf News Agency said that Sheikh Khaleifa, who has presided over the government since 1973, submitted the resignation of his government earlier and was approved by the emir of Bahrain.
