Saudi economic delegation to visit Cairo in June

A Saudi economic delegation is due to visit Cairo at the beginning of June, under the chairmanship the undersecretary of Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Economy and Finance, Hamd El-Bagey, to attend the meetings of the third free trade zone between the two states.

The delegation is also to meet with Egyptian economic officials to discuss means of upgrading economic cooperation, raising the volume of trade exchange and increasing the opportunities for mutual investment.

ArabicNews.com learned that a round of discussions will be held between the two sides to discuss all points concerning with establishing a free trade zone and to reach a joint formula on the strengths of this trade region, as a preliminary step to presenting it to the meeting of the high joint committee which is to be held in Cairo during July under the chairmanship of the two countries' foreign ministers.
