Morocco's crown prince distributes clothes and medicine to poor children

Crown prince Sidi Mohammed visited Tuesday three child health centers and distributed clothes and drugs to poor children.
The crown prince move coincided with the Child Day celebrated Tuesday in Morocco.
Upon instruction of the crown prince, a committee will tour a number of charity centers, accommodating ill and poor children to assess the situation in these centers.
The committee members will grant presents to the needy children to alleviate their sufferings and bring smile to them.
Morocco has set up several bodies in charge of protecting child's rights and joined lately the international convention fixing the child's labor minimum age.
Part of the Child Day celebration, a child's parliament, gathering 357 children from all over Morocco, convened Tuesday its 1st session in Rabat, in the presence of Princess Lalla Meriem, eldest daughter of King Hassan II, and several cabinet members.
