Morocco calls for soft visa procedures for Moroccan truck drivers

Moroccan Minister of Transport and Merchant Navy Mustafa Mansouri has called in Warsaw, where European transports ministers are meeting, on European countries to enforce soft visa procedures for Moroccan truck drivers.
A statement said the minister cited the possibility of canceling the visa requirement for professional truck drivers who hold a special card, in conformity with decisions of the 26th session of the international union of land transport, held in April 1998 in Marrakesh, Morocco.
The European conference examined the increase of annual parity licenses, and other issues related to the profession.
